HOA Managers understand that there are some communities that are self managed but would like some assistance. Other communities may have worked with an HOA Manager and have decided that they would like to have more control but don’t feel comfortable going straight to self managing. And still other communities are looking for ways to better use their community funds and would like to look at other alternatives than a full service HOA Manager.
I offer management consulting services to both Condominium and HOA/PUD communities.
While I am located in the state of California, I can offer consulting services to communities at to your location or via the internet.
